This letter is in support of Rev. Joey Perez and his school presentation. During the past academic school year on April 23, 2009, Mr. Perez spoke to a large group of students here at Pottstown High School. The response from teachers and students about his message was overwhelmingly positive and enjoyed by all. Mr. Perez’s personal story was something that many students related to and therefore was welcomed as a testament of hope and encouragement.

Rev. Perez and some local churches held their own event on the evening of our assembly. This was also well received by the community and many of our students attended of their own free will. I support what Rev. Perez is doing because his message helped our students and encouraged a positive outlook on life.
