“Consumiste todo el dinero de mí droga? Pues, quédate quieto porque te voy a entrar a tiro.” Gritaba esto mientras sacaba el revólver apuntándole a uno de mis tiradores de drogas. Iba a matar a Izzy, me había engañado con el dinero que me debía de mis drogas – mí dinero. Parado en una esquina de la calle con mi revólver en mano para dispararle.De repente, sentí que alguien me estaba tocando en el hombro. “Tenía que ser la policía!” pensé. Rápidamente guarde el revólver en mi bolsillo y me giré. Para mi sorpresa era una anciana de cabello blanco y rostro resplandeciente. Le grité, “Anciana, que quieres?” Con su rostro brillante me entregó cuatro pedacitos de papel.“Qué es esto?” “No puedes ver que estoy listo para matar a este individuo?” Entonces me dijo, “Joven, esos son unos tratados. Yo estaba en mí iglesia orando y Dios me dijo que viniera a esta esquina porque había un joven aquí a quien Él quiere salvar.”

“You shot up all my drug money? Well, stand still because I’m gonna shoot you all up!” I shouted as I pulled a gun on one of my drug dealers. I was going to kill Izzy; he had cheated me out of money that he owed me — my money. I stood there on that street corner with my gun pulled out to shoot him. Suddenly, I felt a tap on my shoulder. It had to be the cops! I quickly stuck the gun back in my pocket and turned around to see . . . an elderly woman with white hair.“What do you want, old lady?” I screamed at her. Her face glowing, she handed me four small pieces of paper. “What’s this? Don’t you see I’m ready to kill this guy? ”“Young man, those are tracts! I was in my church praying, and God told me to come to this corner because there was a young man here who He wanted to save!”

Hearing the Gospel was not strange to me but it was something about your message that you spoke on January 21, 2001 at the Ahoskie Soul Saving Station that touched me ; that was the beginning of my transformation. I am thankful to God that you were Bishop Melendez's spiritual son and that you were obedient and answered the call. I've read your book and also let one of my students at school read it and she was touched as well. I pray that your ministry has all that it needs to continue to be a blessing to others!   3. All I can say is "WOW", Praise God. I have had the greatest oppurtunity that God has allowed me to take part in. And that is being apart of Worldwide Evangelistic Ministries. Both Pastor Joey and Pastor Damaris have truly been a blessing to me and my children. With both their teachings I have learned to grow, trust and most importantly believe in the power of God. But thru it all I have learned to be accountable and obedient to God because not only does he see all but he knows all. The Holy Spirit has lead me to be apart of this Ministry almost a year now. Keep in mind I have been saved for awhile but was never held accountable for actions either known or unknown. And because of circumstances I didn't focus on it. But the Pastors have taught me to have "FAITH", it's such a strong word that holds so much weight. And by doing so everything has turned around for me. If you haven't had the opportunity to visit this Ministry or take part in any of their activities or even read his book, please do so you're missing a lot. The Holy Spirit has been all so powerful in the Street Meetings, lives are being transformed before my eyes.

  5. I HAVE READ HIS BOOK AND I HAVE TO SAY HE IS A STRONG PERSON

    I REALLY LIKED THE BOOK

    IT HAD ME NOT WANTING TO PUT IT DOWN I READ IT IN SCKOOL ON THE BUS IN MY ROOM AND OUTSIDE WHILE HANGING WITH MY FRIENDS THATS HOW MUCH I WAS INTO IT

    TO ME THE THINGS HE DID WAS MEANT TO HAPPEN ONLY TO MAKE HIM A STRONGER PERSON ...I AM ONLY 16 YEARS OLD AND THE BOOK MADE ME CRY BECAUSE JUST SEEING ALL THE THINGS HE DID AND WENT THOUGH WITH HIS FAMILY THEN HE BEGAN TO SEE THINGS AND HEAR THINGS...HE CAME TO MY SCHOOL AND TOLD US ABOUT HIS LIFE I HAVE TO TELL YOU IT MAD ME CRY .....THANKS MR.   6. Pastor Joey and Pastor Damaris has been our guide to our Spirit Man and building our riches in Heaven!! They teach on the urgency of being saved by the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ..I once heard a tv Pastor say when are you going to graduate from kindergarten to 1st grade to middle school to high school to college in your walk with Jesus and Pastor Joey & Pastor Damaris are urgently getting us to our graduation day! We are bless to call you family and most of all our Pastors (our tour guides) to the Kingdom of God. Thank you both!
